latest water based low odour paints and other sourced companies for specialized paints.
Latest additives for  paint including thermal insulating powder, anti-condensation & Anti fungal and mould additives.
For inside work-
I use White Flat matt for ceilings to give a solid look without the sheen of conventional matt emulsion.
Walls I usually recommend Flat matt (a super non shine matt, stylish upmarket emulsion).
For the areas that gets a lot of wear from knocks and bangs with a washable finish, I strongly recommend
Diamond matt nearly as tough as oil based eggshell without the sheen).
Woodwork, I can only recommend a secret colour that nearly every single customer likes in a Satin finish,
(Gloss is becoming an old fashioned finish).
Outside work-
There can only be one type of paint that has been tested to out perform standard paint, Weathersheild
flexible 3 part paint system, thick smooth flexible undercoat & very bright and shiny Gloss.
Very latest super flexible non flaking Satin exterior paints.
